These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TNT Steel website and our online building configurator (together, the "Site"), operated by TNT Steel LLC ("TNT Steel", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Estimates are preliminary — not a contract, not for construction

Any prices, quantities, takeoffs, and drawings produced by the configurator or shown on the Site are preliminary, budgetary estimates for informational purposes only. They are NOT a binding offer, quote, or contract, and are NOT construction documents. All outputs are marked "PRELIMINARY — NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION." Final pricing, quantities, and design are confirmed only in a written agreement signed by TNT Steel and require site-specific, stamped engineering.

No engineering, permitting, or code advice

Information on the Site is general and does not constitute engineering advice and is not a substitute for a licensed professional engineer. Building codes, permits, foundations, loads (wind, snow, seismic), and site conditions vary by location and are the customer's responsibility to verify. Nothing on the Site should be relied upon for construction, permitting, or fabrication without independent professional review.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, the configurator, generated drawings, layouts, and software — are owned by TNT Steel LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from the Site or its outputs without our prior written permission, except for your own internal evaluation of a potential project with us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, use automated tools to harvest data, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, and a link does not imply endorsement.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all content and estimates are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or configurator will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate is accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TNT Steel LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or reliance on any estimate. In all cases, TNT Steel's total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100.00).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TNT Steel LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. The "last updated" date below reflects the most recent version.
