TNT Steel LLC ("TNT Steel", "we", "us", "our") designs, engineers, and fabricates pre-engineered metal buildings and steel components. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and online building configurator, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you request a quote, use our building configurator, submit a contact form, or reach us by email or phone, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, and the details of your project (such as building dimensions, location, specifications, and drawings). We also automatically collect basic technical and usage data (such as pages viewed and general device/analytics information) to operate and improve the site.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare budgetary estimates and preliminary drawings, coordinate your project, provide customer service, and improve our website and services. If you submit a form or contact us, you agree that we may reply to you by email or phone about your request. We do not sell your personal information.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business — such as website hosting, email delivery, and analytics — and only to the extent needed to provide those services, under obligations of confidentiality; or where required by law. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Email communications
If we email you, every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honor opt-out requests promptly in accordance with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act.
SMS / Text Messaging
If you text us, or opt in to text updates by checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on a quote or plans request form on our website, you are enrolled in the TNT Steel SMS program (operated by TNT Steel LLC, including our DSKA Steel line). We collect and use your mobile phone number, your opt-in consent, and the content of your messages solely to reply to your inquiries and to send status updates about your quote, order, or request — no marketing blasts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
Mobile information (your phone number and SMS opt-in status) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. This policy applies to the registered brand TNT Steel. We do not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in data or text-messaging originator opt-in data with any third party for marketing purposes. We use trusted service providers only to operate our own services on our behalf; they act under confidentiality and never receive your SMS opt-in data for their own use.
